Summer Festivals – Napa Valley Style

V. Sattui Winery is celebrating their Italian heritage on Saturday, July 27th in grand style with their 18th annual Festa Italiana. The winery’s picnic grove will become a traditional Italian summer festival with live music, dancing, food, and, of course, wine! Chef Angelo Ibleto is once again providing a signature menu featuring roasted wild boar, tri-tip, and fresh salmon filets. With antipasti, pasta, salads, and tiramisu, this is a dinner you will never forget!

General tickets are $95. Members receive a 20% discount on up to two tickets as well as a special discount on case purchases made the night of the event.

CHEERS! St. Helena is putting on their version of Hot August Nights on Friday, August 2nd. Stroll through town and enjoy the classic and high end cars on display. With over 40 local wineries, boutique shopping, delicious food trucks, and live music, this is a must attend event.

Make a weekend of it with Goosecross Cellars. The harvest is around the corner, so they are putting on one last summer fling on Saturday, August 3rd. Your $25 ticket includes food samples from multiple local restaurants as well as wine tasting.

Also on the 3rd, Grgich Hills Estate is hosting a Wine and Chocolate festival. Learn how to pair savory and sweet chocolate treats with your favorite wines.

Close out the weekend with a charity walk. Walk for Animals 2013 is a Napa Humane event featuring a casual walk through downtown Napa (dogs optional) to support pets throughout the Napa Valley. After the walk, enjoy the activities in Veterans Memorial Park. Visit adoptable pets, create a keepsake, and capture the memory in the “photo booth.” Its an event for kids, adults, and dogs alike!
