Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 ¼ cups unsifted flour 2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (½ pound butter) 1 cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
Heat oven to 375. Mix flour with baking soda and salt, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with both sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, then chips. Drop by large spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes, just until golden around the edges. Do not overbake!
